This website provides information about our salon services, prices, luxury human hair, masterclasses, loyalty programme and online booking. Displayed prices are indicative and final quotes are confirmed in the salon or when we confirm your booking.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm availability. We may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to confirm or reschedule.

When you complete a form or booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you about appointments, loyalty rewards or enquiries.

Reviews submitted through the site are moderated before publication. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unrelated to our services or otherwise inappropriate.

Loyalty points, tiers and rewards are subject to programme rules displayed on the loyalty and rewards pages. We may amend the programme with reasonable notice.
